The fatal incident unfolded on the La-Teshie Nungua Highway in Accra, striking at 1:30 a.m. Suzzy was traveling in a Mitsubishi Pajero alongside her boyfriend, Edwin Eastman, a member of the Liberian group, Soul Black.
Initially, Edwin Eastman had informed the authorities that Suzzy was behind the wheel during the accident. However, it later emerged that he was, in fact, the one driving when the heartbreaking incident occurred.
Suzzy Williams, celebrated for her captivating and occasionally audacious roles in films, was merely 23 years old when tragedy struck.
Her untimely departure left an irreplaceable void in the Ghanaian film industry, where she had achieved widespread recognition not only in Ghana but also across various African nations.
Throughout her career, she graced our screens in numerous productions, including the renowned Suncity television series, Tentacles, Calamity, The Comforter, Mother's Heart, and Bloody Mary.
